Bayesian Inference and Decision Audits for Public Archives of Frontier AI Evaluations

Reconstructs public evaluation histories and evaluates a candidate inference model against recovery, prediction, transfer and calibration gates. The candidate fails those gates, delimiting the stronger claims supported by the available evidence.
